Roca Encantada, Spanish for 'enchanted rock', is a summer house of the Lopez family built on a rocky point of the Buenavista coast. The steps carry the date 1910 and a dedication to Doña Presentacion Hofileña Lopez. In 2002 the National Historical Institute, now the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, declared it a heritage house.
The house is private property and its interior is not open to visitors. Visitors have been allowed to view it from the grounds or the shore; ask at the tourism assistance desk before you go. From the shore there is a fine view of the house on its rock, the small Siete Pecados islets and the strait beyond.
